  May 31, 2021 - Exceptionally fragrant aromas of pear perfume and white flowers. Smooth entrance, delicate essence of fruit, palate filling viscosity, a layer of oak mineral. To me, a unique Chardonnay, I imagine angels sipping it from trumpet lilies. Is this a food wine? Appetizers, salads, a perfect match. Meals?
