  June 5, 2021 - Just classic Coche. Booming nose of spices, yellow flowers, lemons, lees, matchstick and minerals. On the palate its a bowl of diamonds - so razor sharp and precise. Chiseled. Tons of energy and verve. The 11s are stunning right now but this is still a baby and should age for a long time.
