June 6, 2021 - A beautiful nose of macerated cherries, licorice, crushed flowers and tar. The palate is balanced with good acidity. Sweet tannins. Notes of menthol, cherries, strawberries and tar. Very tasty. Definitely rewarded opening early followed by a couple hours in the decanter.
