  Nose: Strong, in aging
  Rose, violet, red current, black berry, black cherry, red plum, cedar, vanilla, game, leather, lavender, eucalyptus, pepper
  Mouth: dry, mid+ acidity, mid+ tannin, mid+ alcohol, mid+ body, mid+ complexity, mid finish

  Very good quality Shiraz
  Now drinkable, and can be aged a few years (But can be enjoyed now, enough)
  
  Very restrained/moderate (절제된) style Shiraz. Felt red+black fruity both, and not too heavy. Subtle and delicate wine-making inside of bottle :)
