  June 7, 2021 - ;30 decant at Mozza, but needed more. Restaurant restricts prior opening and decanting.
  This has older earthy Bordeaux characteristics but with somewhat riper and sweeter dark fruit.
  The oak is pronounced, but the acidity, tannin and balance is good .
  This wine is still youthful at 21.
