June 12, 2021 - Lush and decadent cab franc. Still has abundant fruit and strong tannic backbone. Acidity is right in the middle of the pack. No flab on this one. Long finish. Nose is black fruits with some green pepper (good green pepper, not the vegetal harshness that I think is a flaw in some wines)
