Community Tasting Note

  • pinoteer Does not like this wine: 79 points

June 12, 2021 - Someone threw fresh grass clippings, lemon juice, and cat pee in a blender, hit frappé, and filtered the resulting slurry into a bottle. No, that's not a good thing. Just someone's twisted concept of what good SB should taste like.

6/13/21, 4:36 AM - Brutal, I know. But, this SB is so far removed from a Sancerre, Bordeaux Blanc, or NZ SB that it's hard to believe it's made from the same varietal. I'm left scratching my head--until I have a fistful of hair--that this "style" (and I use that term generously) has so many apparent fans.
