  June 16, 2021 - Drank cool this time at 65 degrees. Heat had dissipated, which is good. Showed more medium body this time around but I’m still fishing for complexity. Lots of big fruit as it’s signature for Napa red blends at a premium price point. For the retail price, it’s not a good QPR. Hedonistic! Had with Allen Bros bone in rib-eye and bone in filet mignon. Paired well with the steak.
