Sweet dark cherry, tons of spice, and plenty of saline on the finish. I couldn't get celery salt out of my head while drinking this. It shows the vintage for sure but this is definitely one of the best 03 Hermitage's I can remember. Very well balanced with plenty of acidity to keep everything in check. Drinking great now especially if you prefer riper vintages but will surely improve with a few more yrs
