June 25, 2021 - Cork broke in half during extraction. Lovely deep garnet color with hints of browning. Lovely bouquet of ripe black cherry and spice. Lots of spicy ripe fruit on palate with oxidation evident. Just starting to fade but really nice and complex so drink up!
