  From 20 year old vines fermented in stainless and aged in 3000L neutral Slovenian oak. Bottled unfiltered.
  Aromas show an intensity in the notes of sour cherry, goji, cranberry kombucha, rose petal, black tea, earth, bramble, tar and pine resin with hints of cardamom and brett.
  The palate is dry and muscular with firm-chewy tannins. Acidity is focused and juicy and play in concert with the tannins that eventually win out. Flavors of tea soaked sour cherry, slightly dried cranberry, fermented cranberry, goji, dehydrated rose, brett, earth, bramble, herbs, pine resin and tar. The finish is long and lingering.
