July 3, 2021 - Summer Patio Dining over the 4th (Shari's, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Yeast and light toast, apple, quince, baking spices; a little tart lemon on the palate with bread dough and apple. Holding up well.

7/11/21, 7:40 AM - This to me is either in a shut down phase or was/will never be as interesting as other vintages. We have had 07/09/11/12/13 over the last year or so and the 09 was my least favorite. 07 from magnum was superb and 11/13 from 750s seemed very promising. The 12 was delicious but seemed a little fatter and will hopefully benefit from a long slumber.
