  July 6, 2021 - 35 years young, touch of green pepper herbs on the nose but still black fruit. Lithe on the palate with fruit hanging on well and in balance with tertiary notes of cedar, sandalwood, and cinnamon. Long finish with good acid and just slightly gritty tannins. Will probably continue to last for another 10-20 yrs but drinking well now.
