  July 8, 2021 - Much more approachable upon opening than the bottle in 2019; berries, cherries, plums, caramel, mints, roses, and sandalwood in the perfumed and rich nose; quite complex and structured on the fruity palate, berries, cherries, coffee beans, peach cobblers, rock salt, and wood spices, with just the right acidity; long finish with more savory wood spices; overall, 92 points at this stage; probably at its peak already.
