  July 7, 2021 - Floral nose. Notes of melon rind and apricot with a hint of green pepper in the background. Similar melon notes lead on the palate. Pulpy citrus and salinity, it's punchy and tart through the finish. Dry. Medium acidity. Reviews are up and down, I think the wine just needed time to settle as it's really balanced and very approachable now.
  
  It was a little lackluster on night two so I think this is best near-term.
