  July 11, 2021 - Big and bold is best used to describe. Pours to an inky black color in glass. After a 2 hour decant (may have been a little to long), aromas of blackberry and dark fruit. Tastes of blackberry and cherry and a complex mix of black fruit. High tannins, great flavor. Pair with something hardy and you’ll be in heaven. Very interesting grape.
