  July 12, 2021 - A very good Shiraz straight from the bottle which shows an array of cool climate characters; violets, plums, apricot, bay leaf, slight peppery note, bit of oak spice too, but it's well melded into the frame of the wine. Feels full bodied but this is very easy to drink, lots of complexity and grainy fine tannins to finish.
