  January 17, 2009 - No formal note. Had with friends at a party in KY. Inky dark in glass. Remember the nose was generous with plum, black cherry, cassis, a hint of alcohol, and black licorice. Very explosive yet creamy on the midpalate. Loads of delicious fruit with nice firm tannins on a lingering finish. Needs time in the bottle, but drinking well now and promises to be a crowd pleaser. This was my favorite of the three MollyDooker's we tasted that weekend. (B+).
