  July 19, 2021 - Very dark ruby core with a thin watery edge. The nose brings smoke, strawberry compote, and cedar. Full-bodied, medium tannins, low-mediun acidity, and a medium-length astringent aftertaste complete the swallow. This is a big, brawny red that comes at you with power, aggression but not much nuance or refinement. Drink now.
