  July 21, 2021 - I enjoyed this as an aperitif on a warm summer evening. Very crisp and linear with good acid levels.
  Shy nose of lemon/lime oil, jasmine, and white flowers. Quite tart on the palate ( in a pleasing way ) with a focused presentation of lemon and lime wrapped in a compact package. If there was such a concoction as fermented lemonade, this fits the bill. Very tart, high acid, but ultimately enjoyable as a summer quaffer.
