  July 19, 2021 - Vibrant nose of blackberries and cherry fruit, quite dark but lifted, with amaro, incense (cedar?), and a cool tone herbal quality. Light body, but lots of energy; spicy and savory with a candied finish. While very young, it's not closed off and quite fun to drink. Long life ahead.
