  July 22, 2021 - At the fifthe day: Nose: a grassy note. Taste: slightly sweet apple, grassiness and english liquorice, all very well balanced and with some depth. The finish was a bit numb. Better with pasta with roasted aubergine and tomatoes with Parmesan cheese than with maclerel with goosebrry-compote and star-anise. Cabernet blanc is often compared to sauvignon blanc, but it lacks the fresh, vivid sharpness of its taste. Nevertheless this is a really good wine. Another surpise from the Netherlands
