  July 31, 2021 - Very tasty Riesling. Comes off as not quite bone dry. Zesty acidity, nice lime notes. Golden color. Not showing much if any bottle age at this point. An interesting contrast to both the off dry Zweiter Zweieiiger Zwilling and the Wirz Rieslings from Bedrock. This one can age for a while.
