  August 7, 2021 - 2 Years on from the last bottle and still light straw/gold in colour. Citrus florals on the bouquet with Lemon/lime/toast with honey & stone fruits on the palate. Acid seemed a little more subdued but this could have been that a half bottle was set aside in the fridge for two days. Still has the potential for further development in the cellar for anyone that has kept some for the longer haul. delicious.
