  August 8, 2021 - I looked back at previous notes and found I paired this very similar a year ago and its still a typical yet classic pairing. This go around I used a wagyu strip steak and it was good with this wine.
  
  Again not really complex just a bold wine that had great flavors of black fruits, some mineral and plenty of soft oak. Typical for Paso but the 2014 reserve is cellaring well and still good to go for years.
