  August 9, 2021 - This is lovely and has held up well in Greenblanket's new climate change Seattle ambient cellar - which now has more temperature swings than a Kentucky rickhouse. Nice pure fruit, appealing soil and mineral tones and even a bit of tannin. The nearly empty glass brings whiffs of spice. Greenblanket is gonna take his time finishing his last three bottles.
