  August 12, 2021 - Decanted for two hours and served at cellar temperature. Initially a very funky nose but this blew off by the time we served food. Then the nose was much more chalky with some graphite and blackberry. Dense but accessible on the palate with deep flavours of black fruits and a liquorice twang. Very contemplative and I think in its sweet spot.
