  August 15, 2021 - Haven’t had one of these for a few years so thought I would check in. Developing along nicely for 25 years, still some plushness and richness to the fruit, all blackberries, olives, fennel and cigar box. Tannins have absorbed well into the wine, no harsh edges, very soft and smooth. In a lovely place and should hold for some time. Will it improve? Hard to say but I expect it will keep changing as tertiary flavours start to emerge.
