  August 17, 2021 - I found a slight, recent leak from this bottle so I opened it the following day. This was decanted for about an hour as it warmed up a bit. Holy crap, this was an amazing bottle. There were apricots along with other white fruits, honeycomb, a slight salinity and an epic finish. The acidity kept it all in balance. Amazing.
