  August 17, 2021 - This needs the right food and a lot of air. Better after 2-3 days open. The first day it's too natty for me, with typical natural wines notes of apple cider, masking the fruit and anything else. It just didn't age the way I expected it to. It lacked fruit and complexity. Texture however is pleasant, silky with fine tannins.
  I'm sure it's a good wine for many, but it's just not my thing.
