  August 22, 2021 - This is drinking okay. After 90 mins, it is beginning to open up. Doesn't seem multi layered like when we tasted it at the vineyard. Hoping a little more time with bring this together.

  8/24/21, 7:11 AM - Many '16s are needing 4-6 hour decants right now, you can't pnp like we did back when they were released, unfortunately.
