  August 21, 2021 - Nice color. To the nose, peach and honey. On the palate, peach (white and yellow), apricot and honey plus melon - better yet, honeydew melon. A faint tangy, citrus-like note, either orange, orange pith or mandarin. A very slight effervescence on the first glass. Mouthfeel is very round while not overly heavy or sappy but feels like honey. Length is medium-long for a PM. Good salinity. It does run slightly hot (alcohol 14.3%) but all the pluses override this. Still quite lively; probably a good year remaining for this vintage.
