August 23, 2021 - Opened in the bottle for several hours. Maybe a year or so past prime though did fatten up a bit after two hours. Low acid, translucent rim and dark yet bricking color. Bitter green on the nose that also makes it into the palate with the addition of some ripe blackberry, plum and dark chocolate. Not bad but each vintage this is my least favorite in the Cayuse lineup. Drink now as these won’t improve. Purchased at the Ex Cellar through Cayuse.

8/24/21, 9:49 AM - Thanks for your note. I also have one through the Ex Cellar sale that I was sitting on, thinking it would need some age. Sounds like that is not the case.
