  August 22, 2021 - I'm on the fence on this one. It was very tight and still seems young, although not super tannic. Flavor intensity was lacking for the first couple of hours, after which it became a little more interesting. It never evolved into anything truly interesting; only a very restrained, moderate complexity and finish Chianti. Fresh and clean, but still seemed lacking. My hope is that with additional age it will blossom into something truly worthwhile, but at the moment IMHO it's not ready for prime time.
