  August 30, 2021 - Fairly deep red-purple still. On the nose there is a powerful note of sweet darker red fruits followed by a clear stream of white pepper from the Syrah. On the palate this is also directly reflected, with sweet red fruits - especially strawberry and darker cherry from the Grenache followed by white pepper core from the Syrah. Throughout there is a black tea sweetness, herbal notes and tannin structure that is extremely attractive and holds the whole wine together really well. Extremely lovely drinking now and very good length.
