  August 30, 2021 - Decanted for 45 minutes, then enjoyed over the course of three hours. Definitely plenty of life left in this wine. The nose was incredible for the few couple of hours. It started to fade by the third hour, but the wine was quite delicious throughout the evening. Balanced with plenty of fruit left and lots of secondary and tertiary notes. Really quite nice.
