  September 2, 2021 - Deep purple color with moderate rim clearing
  Medium plus aromas of blueberry and black fruit - cough syrup along with classic smoked meat and purple floral secondaries
  Medium plus body with palate of red/ blue fruit and bacon with green notes, presumably stem inclusion
  Medium acid and medium plus tannins primarily down the tongue with medium alcohol and really nice length
  Dry glass aromas of classic Syrah - blueberry, smoke and meat
  Really fine example of New World Syrah which could easily be mistaken for riper vintage Cote Rotie in my opinion - very classy
  Drink now or hold another 3-5 yrs
