  September 3, 2021 - Bright and cherry ripe juicy!
  Dark red in colour.
  Started sipping an hour after opening. Uplifting acidity. Tannin structure very soft and on inner cheeks and bottom inner lip, tea like. Note herbal characteristics and slight gamey. Thinner viscosity, which only adds to the slurpy appeal of the fruit.
