  September 4, 2021 - Very lightly chilled and decanted. Initial nose was very big but it quickly softened to something more round with notes of toffee, mango and dried pineapple. Not as cool-climate as I was expecting from the label, but this has a great mouthfeel and a long finish, with biscuit flavours and ripe tropical fruit.
