  September 11, 2021 - Lightly chilled and decanted for an hour. Lovely colour in the glass, with a dense core but translucent edges. Fantastic pure aromas of red cherry, pine and layered undergrowth that just screams of the mountains. Rounder on the palate with some cocoa powder, mixed spices and a touch of cola but a long, intense finish. Personally I think this is great now (with some air and at the right temperature) but I’m certain it will continue to develop brilliantly.
