  September 11, 2021 - Fruit is not present. Nose is a spice box of cloves and vanilla in beef broth. Smokey with Umami as the key smell/taste profile. This smells a little like canned Spanish conservas but not in a bad way. After some hours, the nose turns more tea like and becomes slightly more elegant. On thé palette, it’s light and quite elegant. This is too world for my liking.
