  September 21, 2021 - A lighter style of Roussanne (only 12% ABV), a bit more about structure and purity than knocking you out with the honeyed citrus and green melon fruit. Fine food wine--we enjoyed it with whitefish cooked with red okra, tomatoes, and peppers.
