  September 22, 2021 - Flinty, mineral and herbal on the nose with a touch of wild yeast and flecks of greengage. A tad richer, ampler and more inviting than the Halgans at this stage, but so crystalline in the glass with laser focused high acid with a salty backbone. It's as if Werner and Frank Schönleber walked up the slopes of Frühlingsplätzchen, grabbed a handful of gravel and slate, squeezed it until liquid came out and bottled that. Insufferably young at this stage, but the raw material is there. Lay these down in the cellar and let the rasp of time polish it. Looking forward to trying the Frühlingsplätzchen GG. AP 32 21
