  September 23, 2021 - First vintage of George's Reserve series, a new and exciting program at Hendry. This chardonnay couldn't possibly taste more like a very young chablis. An initial hit of oak gives way quickly to a harmonious balance in acidity. Complex and characteristic that's quite unlike the Unoaked and barrel fermented chardonnay offerings from Hendry. This is a beautiful wine that will age and evolve for well over a decade.
