  September 26, 2021 - First of a case. I'm hoping this bottle was in a dumb phase as it was a little flat and lacking energy. Not seeing any other notes reflecting this so maybe just a bad bottle. Opened up a bit after and hour or so, but still was more restrained than I expected.
