  September 26, 2021 - 12.5% - Clear, pale & light ruby / clean (after the decant with the reductive notes out of the way), pronounced intensity - bright bing cherries, strawberry field, tart fruit, freshly cracked white pepper, tomato leaf, crushed rocks, saline / dry, high acidity, med chewy tannin, med body, med+ intensity with long finish. 91(+)
  Double decant & 4-5 hours in a captain carafe.
