Community Tasting Note

  September 28, 2021 - 6 hour decant and it needed every minute
  dark as midnight in the glass
  nose is heavily floral and very interesting to sit and enjoy the aromas develop
  Palate is dense, dark and layered but smooth and silky. Feels like it was super concentrated and the layers just unwind.
  Nice length, though I want another sip long before the flavors fade.
  Served with a prime NY Steak and it went very well.
