  September 27, 2021 - Deep ruby red in color. Nose of blackberry, cherry and bramble. Not much noticeable oak. Dry, tannins are medium and velvety, acid is medium, no heat. Enough extract to make it interesting but not cloying. Bright medium length finish. Very good effort. Reminded me a bit of Aldo. Pork chops pairing was a winner. Steak was second best.
  This can age for a few years but it's delicious now.
