  October 2, 2021 - Short decant. Purple with muted floral nose. Blue and black fruits, plum and graphite. Full bodied, dense and balanced. Fragrance increased, acidity and most tannins blew off with time in the glass. Kept getting better throughout the dinner/evening (paired with a t-bone). I'll probably wait a couple years on the last bottle.
