  October 3, 2021 - Bottle drank over a period of at least 3 weeks, didn’t notice much change in this time. Dark garnet core, copper highlights at rim. Fig jam, baking spice and flowers on nose, some volatile acidity. Medium bodied palate, mildly sweet, savory spices, roasted figs, espresso and a warming heat on the finish. Accessible banyuls, not overtly oxidative in style.
